We are writing to you in reference to the above complaint.  Please be advised that this has been resolved as of 12/9/2016,  We contacted Mr. [redacted] by telephone and let him know a crew was coming to his home to rectify this.  As of that date, the situation is rectified.

We had our gutters and leaders replaced after a new roof was installed. The job was done on the date promised and the crew was professional and polite with a job that I thought was great. We then had some heavy rain and I noticed some problems. I believed that they could be corrected easily. Rain overflow was coming down my front window. And a leader seems to be in too far in a drain causing it to overflow and mess up the landscaping. Here I'm waiting it's over 3 months with several calls and I have no results. Bad customer service, yes. Bad publicity, you can count on it. A great job is only as could as the follow up customer service .
