Northern Ridge Nursery

I recently purchased a Saskatoon Serviceberry from Northern Ridge Nursery and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The plant arrived in perfect condition and was carefully packaged to ensure its safe arrival. The plant has already started to grow and is showing signs of healthy, vibrant leaves. I love the unique beauty of the Saskatoon Serviceberry, and it adds a lovely touch to my garden. The customer service at Northern Ridge Nursery was also excellent - they answered all of my questions and provided helpful advice on caring for my new plant. Overall, I highly recommend Northern Ridge Nursery for their quality plants and exceptional customer service.

I was skeptical at first because of reviews about shipping lengths and customer support. They did not respond immediately but when they did, they were more than helpful! As far as shipping they clearly state that they ship during 2 seasons and your plant arrives when it is safe to be planted in the USDA Zone. Pretty cool service.

Have a problem with the order, initially I got reply to my email from customer care rep Amy. She offered to issue partial refund. That was two weeks ago. Since then, no refund, no one returning my emails. One of the trees I purchased died by now, I tried to submit claim, but same story - no one replies. Their phone number suggests emailing as they do not monitor phone. Sent three emails, no reply in two weeks. Hope someone who cares about their business and their customers, from the Northern Ridge Nursery may read this and take corrective actions and finally contacts me. My order: NRN16744

Placed order online 1/26. Received nothing but PayPal receipt in response. Tried to negotiate confusing thread of evidence to contact them. Due to some confusion on my part, wound up only getting partial refund & rude help. Contacted them requesting full refund. Customer Service ruder & belligerant. Avoid The Tree Store, Northern Ridge Nursery, Way-Mor Investments, Northern Trading Co, and any other of their confusing online entities.

This customer ordered after the ordering deadline for fall shipping.  The customer was alerted to this in our checkout and informed if they would like to reserve plants for the next season beginning March 15th, 2017 they could check the box and complete the transaction, which he did.  In...
