I started seeing this office as soon as I found out I was pregnant, the first couple appointments were great. Some family circumstances forced us to move on a very short notice. I found a new doctor who sent over via fax a release for medical records the very same day I filled it out. I have called this office a few times asking if they would get this fax taken care of as I needed my records before the new doctor could see me, the new doctor has even called and was told that my records were to be faxed by the end of the day Thursday February 27, 2014. This was the second time they have given me the "by the end of day answer" with no follow through. The staff that answers the phone always gives the answer of they are just waiting on the doctors signature and are very rude.Desired SettlementI would just like my records faxed to my new doctor so I can continue my prenatal care in the state of WyomingBusiness Response To whom it may concern:We received a request for medical records for this patient on February 20, 2014, we have no calls or messages recorded from the patients new doctor's office as she states. Records were sent on 02/21/14 for the first time. Patient called on 2/24/14 to complain that they never received the records and they were sent for second time. We received a letter of the complain to Revdex.com by the patient on March 9 and we called her new doctor to check if they didn't received the records. The front desk person confirmed that they received the records. We regret that the patient complaint about our services, since we have many patients and we have no receive complains at all, specially from any entity.
