Revdex.com:My wife and I are grateful for Melissa's response and for her taking ownership of the situationIf possible, based on how the Revdex.com maintains and handles filed complaints, we would like to keep this complaint open until we have received our photos from MelissaWe would like for her to send us on DVD/CD the photos she has finished editing right away and mail them to us and we need to know that she will fulfill her contract and mail us a complete edited DVD/CD of photos to usIf this is within Revdex.com guidelines to keep the complaint open until we receive our product, that would be idealIf not, and if we do not have all of our photos by the end of March, or a communication by the end of March from Melissa stating that the photos have been mailed, we will either have to open a new complaint, or pursue legal action in claims courtWe would very much like to avoid a second complaint and/or legal actionThank you for providing this mediation service [redacted]
They are right, I have handled this horribly and I'm embarrassedI do have their photos and have no intention of keeping them from themThey are just taking longer than even I thought possibleI can start by putting the already edited ones on cd and working with them this wayI understand their frustration with me and would like to resolve itMy son did help shoot the wedding but has no editing experiencePlease let me know if this is a solution they are comfortable with
Sure to visual problems on my side (color vision loss 's right eye, as explained to the complaintant) , I am working with another professional photographer to get these donePatience is requestedThank you!

frustration with me and would like to resolve it. My son did help shoot the wedding but has no editing experience. Please let me know if this is a solution they are comfortable with.
