Regarding the complaint # [redacted] Ms [redacted] ***, all charges have been waived just has we have done for this customer on several occasionsThe customers are all told upfront that there is a charge for picking up a tank just as in any business we do not work for free if we did why or how could we stay in businessWe do charge for all work performed from setting a tank to running a yard or house line and even picking the tank up Thank you [redacted] District General Manager
about a year ago we bought a home in northern Arizona and to heat are house we use propane when we bought the home Northern Energy was are propane co we just continued using them until this summer when we went to switch to another co I called and advised them that we were no longer going to be using them for a propane needs and that they need to come pick up there propane tank The lady I talked to did everything to talk us out of changing companies and when we finally told her we are done she told us to have the new company leave the propane tank in the front yard and they will come pick it up She advised the company with credit us for any unused propane in the tank and that was it
About a week later they picked up the tank and then a few days later we received a bill for $ This bill was for them to pick up THERE tank No where were we told there be a fee, no did we find in what little paper work that we had from them could we find anything that stated there be a tank pick up fee
I find this totally unacceptable and this is one of the many reasons why we stopped doing business with them, do to there hidden fees and then not being honest with us over the phone When I asked is that it? after they said leave the tank in your front yard, she replied that is it where was the information that there be a pick up fee? I guess they will get there money out of you one way or another I am now just waiting for the restocking fee for the tank..I would not use these guys

[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I still take issue with the fact that it took EXACTLY 8 weeks for the manager to return my call. It also took 8 weeks and 2 days for him to hand me my refund. Every time I called their office I received a "different" story, contradicting what they told me previously. I was always promised a return call but NEVER received one. I could not get a straight answer from anyone. They only responded after receiving pressure from your office, my credit card company and the A.G.'s office. I honestly feel they would have done nothing unless outside agencies became involved.
