Placed an order on February 13, 2019 with Northerncreek.com for product order #2656 totaling $229.00
After several weeks, I contacted Northern Creek via email to check on the status of the product. Spoke with representative named Connie ***. Connie indicated that the product had ran into several delays and asked if I wished to wait longer for the product to be manufactured. I indicated that I would.
In mid April, I again contacted Connie expressing my concern over the product. Connie expressed that I was the next client in line to obtain my product and that it shouldn't be much longer.
Contacted Connie again in early May. Connie at this time said that everything was pushed back to June / July timeframe and that she apologized for the inconvience and asked if I wanted my refund. I agreed and wanted my money refunded.
I asked her how I would get my refund and she acted like it would be relatively easy. I began checking my mailbox frequently, with no news or inclination of a refund check. I called Connie again a week later. Connie expressed to me that she had forgotten to put it in the mail. I began getting upset with her. I waited another week and called Connie back. Her last voice conversation with me was that she would hate to have sent two checks and asked if I would be willing to rip up one of the checks if two were sent. At this point, I'm like, I would like to just see one check, period. I followed up with Connie at the beginning of this week and expressed my complete dissatisfaction of the whole ordeal and told her she would have until the end of this week, 5/24/2019 to have my check in the mail or I would call the Revdex.com and report the incident. No reply, no response.
I purchased $680 worth of decoys the website showed to be in stock. Within a day or so I received an email stating they were not in stock and my money would be refunded to my card. This was emailed on 1/3 it was refunded. I’ve never received the refund. I spoke with Connie on the phone once and she said she would check into it and take care of it. This was around the middle of January. I’ve left multiple messages with no response. I contacted her yesterday 2/20 again via email and have not recieved a response. I want her to refund my $680 immediately.
