I am rejecting this response because:
We have not received a refund from the CompanyAs of 3/I contact our credit card company and they had not received a refund from the companyI would like to see what proof they have showing they did finally give us a
refundAs far as we are concerned this case is still very much open

This is not the way we like to do business and I find it so disappointing & hurtful that beyond our control this happened to you. It is very unfortunate that out of thousands of orders this had to happen to you. Again I am so very sorry. You are saying that you never received your money. Please check your statements or call your card company/bank, the charge back was decided in your favor on October 24 2016.  I don't know of a reason why your card company or bank would not issue you a refund. I do have proof that the charge back was decided in your favor and you should have definitely received your money back. I know it was taken from our account. Thank You Sarah.
