For this area in northern Wisconsin these people responded in a timely manner, arrived when they said they would and were professional. I would give them an A++ rating. When I had a question they also responded and resolved my question promptly.
We first contacted Northern Comfort Systems Specialists, LLC looking for information about an the addition of an air conditioner to our existing furnace. During evaluation of the system, the company representative was very thorough and provided suggestions to improve the efficiency of the existing system, saving us over $100.month with no cost to us. Going further, the company provided multiple project proposals that included high end combinations adding improved air filtration and efficiency. In the end, the wealth of data convinced us to go with a high end combination of a new air conditioner and an upgrade to the furnace as well.
Installation was very quick, taking our furnace offline for less than a single day. Although the existing ductwork did not support even the existing furnace well, the Northern Comfort installation included replacing all of the older, smaller ductwork at no additional cost, greatly improving the look and function of the resulting system.
We consider this experience with Northern Comfort Systems Specialists to be the best we have ever had with an HVAC contractor. We heartily recommend them to our neighbors and friends.
