Owner of the company was called in for a service issue on a year old furnaceCompany has been to our hoouse on other occasions and work performed The evaluation of the furnace determined that the problem was a faulty gas valve Repair was made and a charge of $was issued No mention of the cost of the repai was offerred After further review, the cost of the part was approx$thus making the minutes spent on the repair worth neary $- which is outrageous Simply put - taking advantage of a good long time customer When this was brought up to the owner - his reponse was "...thats what we get for that job..." simply wrong and people should know about this
