Northern Colorado Blackout

I reached out to Northern Colorado Blackout LLC on 06/06/20 to inquire about them performing a window tint service on my truck. Francisco, who I believe is the owner of the company, got back to me shortly and said they could apply window tint to my truck that same day. They said they would arrive at 1:30pm and they showed up at 1:45pm. A thunderstorm was supposed to roll in around 2:00pm, I had asked if this was going to be an issue and if we needed to reschedule, however, they assured me that it would not be an issue. They quoted me a total cost of $290 and estimated it would take a couple of hours. There were three people working, they began tinting my truck at 2:00pm and finished at 5:15pm. After they completed their work, I paid them $290 plus a $50 tip and they told me "wait one week for the tint to fully set then if you have any issues with the tint, call us and we will be happy to come out and fix it."
On 06/15/20 I tried to contact Northern Colorado Blackout LLC because there is dirt in between the tint and the windows, mismatched cuts, and all around sloppy work. I got no response via call or text. I tried to call again on 06/27/20 using the same phone number I originally used to communicate with them and it was now disconnected. I searched the company on google and found that their contact number was now different. I called the number and someone named "Samantha" picked up. I explained the issues I have with my tint and texted photos to the phone number. Samantha explained that they would send someone out to fix it. We agreed that they would come to me at 4:30pm on 07/02/20. They never showed, I tried calling, texting, emailing and I have received no response from this company. Also the address they supplied on google simply does not exist.
