Customer (Ms. [redacted] came to my business on 10-9-17 I gave a diagnoses that Axle Shafts on both sides needed replaced, The half shaft, and one front bearing and hub. The total for these repairs was $749.48 Customer stated she did not have funds for these repairs. I spoke with the customer and she...

asked if we could do the bearing on this day and she would return for the other repairs when she could fund them. The total on the bill was $284.00 Customer only had $240.00 Therefore I lowered her bill for her to $240.00 so that she may have the repairs she wanted done on this day. The Bearing was replaced on this day. Customer payed cash and signed an invoice for these repairs. I am honestly astonished at this complaint considering how much I worked with the customer to make sure she left happy.
