not commit any wrongdoing Unfortunately, he defaulted on his loan and the company repossessed its collateral accordingly However, in light of his positive payment history and in a good faith effort to resolve the issue expeditiously, the company gave *** *** the opportunity to settle his balance for a reduced amount, which he was satisfied with, and he has redeemed his vehicle

North Eastern Title Loans Are Loan Sharkspercent is not percent, rip offs they should all be sued, closed down...and pay the people for the Harassment and embarrassment they cause the People and their References....When I read the paper work at first after the person signed it, I thought it said percent, than read over it again, It was percent interest....Are these people sick or what!!....Surprised they are still in business...Delaware and other states should close them down unless the state is making money....they call from different areas / states

Review: My mother has been in a coma for two months I spoke to someone last month and stated that they didn't ask for any documents however today they came to get her car I m power of attorney. I have tried to get information today and they would not provide it to me my mother is n our lady of lordes medical center on breathing machine she have not received any letters concerning this by mail or cerified however I would like to resolve this I feel her being in a coma how can this matter be resolved if she not responsiveDesired Settlement: I would like to do payment or pay 1600 as stated on paperwork, return of her car and pay half on storage ( I have tried to get it back today however I got ran around went to different loan places)

Review: My car was taken from my home, after I paid $750 a month for 6 Months on the original loan of $2,500. So they got paid back there $2,500 and additonal 2,000 for a total of $4,500, They mail me back a copy of the Title and Recipt of the loan being paid of $2,500. But they still came and took the car. I have file a complain withe the Bank Commision in Delaware also. Please HelpThanks, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I like to have my car back.

Review: I believe this business, specifically the manager of the Wilmington branch [redacted], will not negotiate in good faith. I was having some difficulty making my most recent payment due to some issues with my credit card. I told her that at the latest I would be able to make a payment on 8/22/14. That was unacceptable to her and she told me I should borrow the money. If I could borrow the money I wouldn't have taken out a loan charging 360% interest monthly. I have openly communicated my situation to her and I feel like this company is unwilling too cooperate during my hardship. I have not made or broken any promises in the past so I don't understand why the first time an issue arises they cannot work with me especially since I have offered payment by the 22nd of this month.Desired Settlement: I would like Northeastern Title Loan to negotiate, in good faith, a reasonable settlement of this matter. I have a been a good customer ans just require a bit of flexibility from them during my hardship.

Review: I have a car loan with this company an I took out abt $800 I paid back over $1000 n the manager is still telling me that I owe more money to them in order for me to recieve my car title back. They sent me a paper saying that I should be on a payment plan because its been a little over a year an im still paying the money back. I think I totally over paid them and they just want more money then what I already gave them in total. I also have all my receipts stating my payments for proof.Desired Settlement: I think ive been over charged and if so I want my money back so I can get all this over with because my total payment should of been done if I paid over $1000.
