We had our garage floor coated and sealed on Aug. 9, 2011. This past winter the floor began to peel in one large spot. We contacted the company's owners, Mark & Mindy H[redacted], numerous times to come out and take a look and see what could be done to repair the peeling spot on the floor. We spoke to Mindy numerous times and she stated that she would call us back with a scheduled date. After a considerable amount of time, over a month, we have not heard back from them. After promising us a couple of times that they would get back to us, they never did. I have contacted both Mark on his cell number and his wife Mindy at the business number to no avail. We are frustrated due to total lack of customer service.Desired Settlement: We would like this peeled spot on our garage floor repaired.
