I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I did speak with [redacted] directly and she explained that it is not their policy to bill customers a year later if the customer was not billed by accident, and that the new billing system, and the fact that the month was the same (but not the year) probably contributed to this misunderstanding.  She assured me she also spoke with the staff whom I had had my original conversation with and explained the situation.  I was also assured that my experience with arriving early at the time of the appt was also poor service and apologized.  I feel confident that this company has made a good effort to rectify the issue and to hopefully prevent it from happening again to anyone else.  I expressed my appreciation and I am 100% satisfied with this resolution.  Thank you.
