September 19, 2015. However, it has been determined that we will not refund the remaining $200 in deposits paid on the two October charters which were not canceled prior to the two week mark as indicated on your signed contract. I sincerely hope that this is a step in the right direction to resolve this dispute and bring some closure to the situation.
