Review: I had my driveway re-done by NEA in June of 2013. I had to pay $1252.50 up front on June 7, 2013. NEA told me that I would get a refund after they worked out the footage with the Town of Harrison. NEA has known what the town was going to pay for some time now. I have stopped at the office and talked with [redacted], my wife has talked with [redacted] on 8/28/13 and 9/3/13. She said she'd get back to my wife after she talked to someone at their Corporate office. Amy said I "have" to fill out a W-9 form to get a refund, I talked to the Town of Harrison office and our tax preparer and both told me there was no reason for this form. I don't know why they need my Social Security Number to issue a refund. ( I will not give my social security number for a refund, for a black top job). I just want my refund - It's been long enough...Desired Settlement: 21.3 length by 18.7 + apron - .24 x.32 = 398.38 x $2.50 sq. foot = $995.96$1252.50 - $995.96 = $256.54 - refund This is the area I had to pay for after the Town of Harrison deducted the 12 feet, that they paid for.

In regards to the, above ID number, we have currently paid the customer $172.50, which was the refund we had calculated based on our measurements and the amount we had shared with the customer. Due to the small difference, we will be cutting another check to them in the amount of $84.04. The difference will be cut in our next check run on Wednesday, October 9th, 2013.

With respect to the timing of the comploint, we do have a process to initiate credits and while we do apologize for the delay, we had no call from the customer that they were upset with our timing of the refund as we would have gladly explained it to them.
