purported to be able to perform plumbing, framing & electrical work but could not perform any of the work. He was however, able to cash my down payment check immediately! He showed up (always late) and worked for 3 and 1/2 days and never came back. Did not respond to calls, text messages or emails. He even left his tools...never to return for them!!
He tells the customer exactly what they need to hear in order to get the job, and their down payment, but his skills are none existent!! Who uses finishing nails for framing work!! *** did! I pulled his shoddy workmanship down with my hands!!
