On the signed contract it didn't state the warranty was with the manufacturer of the windowI didn't know who the manufacturer was they didn't supply any information on the manufacturer of the windowsIt was signed by Diamond and it was on their letter head with no reference of the window manufacturerIt stated that I had a lifetime warranty on the windowsI can forward a copy of the signed contract

As I stated in my previous response the warranty is with the manufacturerUnfortunately they are no longer in businessWe are willing to pay for the cost of the window, which was covered under the now voided warrantyHowever there will still be a charge for the labor($140.00) which was not covered under the warrantyIf this is acceptable to Mrs*** we will go ahead and make up a new window
