I am highly disappointed with the treatment my family received at this campgroundIt was my first time and it will be my last time
The co-owner that goes by the name of Sally is extremely unprofessional and uses cuss words when addressing costumersShe mimicked me by using her hands as if she were making "gang signs" which was extremely disrespectful
She also tried to provoke me by screaming from across the counter "what are you gonna do huh huh- come and do something about itGo ahead come on do something" as I continued to walk away
The owner-John is also very unprofessional although not as much as his wife (Sally)
The entire time I was here I felt as if we were being harassedAfter everyone is asleep they go around each campsite with bright flashlights, flashing the inside to make sure everyone is asleepThat is a violation of privacyI am aware that these establishments have rules and although some guest do get out of hand (not my family as it was of us) that is no way to treat anyoneSome of the member from my group had to deal with her screaming and cussing (using F bombs) in front of childrenOwner John made it a point that "we" were making him lose businessI am a costumer service advocate and I know that we must obey the "costumer is always right" policyPerhaps they can benefit from taking a courseThey are dealing with humans not animals and no one should be treated this way
