horrible customer service. I called to get estimate for a tree removal here in chico, was told 2-3 week before someone would call. waited 2 weeks, called to get update, a rude condescending woman answered. I asked about the time frame and was told I am really busy My Friend, I will get to you when I can. if you cant take the business at this time let people know in a polite way, not in a rude manner. we have used NVTS as our only tree service provider for the past 15 years, that will no longer be the case. woman in office must be owners wife as she could not be allowed to talk with customers with that type of attitude. or could she?

I have two Wintersweet trees that I grew from seed and which are very precious to me. I was very, very nervous about having them pruned by someone else, but am no longer strong enough to do it myself. The crew from North Valley Tree Service did an absolutely PERFECT job. I was so happy I was practically dancing!

Tom and his crew are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I recently bought a large residential property in Chico that had been neglected and overgrown with volunteer trees. Tom helped me decide which were healthy enough to save and which should be removed. The crew did an excellent job! I have used North Valley before and am continually pleased with the result.

North Valley Tree Service in Chico, CA, is the only tree service I will ever use. When a huge branch broke off the forty foot oak tree in my back yard, Tom and his crew removed everything in my yard and the yard next door in a single afternoon. Tom and his crew returned later to remove the rest of the tree and grind out the stump. They did such a good job that when they were finished, it was not possible to tell where the tree had been. The crew arrived a few minutes earlier than promised and worked very hard all day. They were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and the price for all the work they did was very reasonable.
