This was a home that we had agreed that we might have to change the contract if the city of _____ changed their codes for what was allowed on this block for this homeThis we tried to build into the contract with this buyer as best we could for allowances to set the home by whatever code had to be used
In doing so, we used the allotment for steps to build a foundation for this home which had been changed by the city code being changedI had a verbal understanding and agreement with this client and the numbers above tell the rest of this story
This client has been presented these numbers as well as her lenders who agreed to it and paid it I do not understand years after the fact that this is being brought to Revdex.com
