I purchased this expensive machine, it only worked a couple of months then started having issues. I couldnt use it anymore, I contacted the salesperson numerous times and she told me numerous times she would come and get it and have it repaired since it was under warranty, she never did this, I asked her so many times and she never came and got it. I continued to make payments on it even though it was sitting in storage not working, I finally quick making payments on it, I sent letters to the company numerous times telling them to come get it,now they harrass me about not making payments

My wife called the Austin Rainbow vacuum location on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 3:16 p.m. & asked about the hours of operation. She was told that the store closed at 8 p.m. When we arrived at 7:14 p.m. all of the store lights, including the open sign, was on. The posted hours of operation state that this location is open until 9 p.m. I had to call the emergency number & I believe the owner, K ***, came to open the store & receive our rainbow unit for service. I missed a call this morning (Friday) & when I returned the call at 1:33 p.m. the service tech said that servicing the unit would not be complete until Monday, because he does not work on Saturday. I can not fathom, if you had my unit since late Wednesday, why that was not enough time to complete the service call. I need you to refer me to any other service location in Texas. I will not waste my time on your Austin location again.
