Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The hood bushings were not installed I will have pictures for you in my next responseThe brakes that were fixed locked up again I had to get $worth of tires and have the breaks fixed properlyAlso the only threats that were made was to contact the Revdex.com And agThe mechanic admited to me he gave a verbal quote of around $also I tolld the owner I thought I was being ripped off he made accusations against me saying I rip people off and he no what kind of people I amI think maybe he has figured I i maybe am something I am notAlso his workers in his shop made some racist comments about me and what the think I amTo my employeesAlso I never said I was only going to pay $ I asked him to work with me because there is nearly $in labor Also when I turn the left blinker on it only works 50% of the time the was one of the worst transactions I have ever been involved in I would like a refund or at least a partial refundTo try to repay my self for initially being over charged andHaving to actually install the hood bushings AndPay my self back for the tires that failed over The brakes that were not fixed properly also I was in oklahoma I did not come to the shop it was one of my employeesBasecly if the company can make this right it will save us both a lot of legal fees and headache because I am not going away

Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:This letter is my final response to *** ***'s unwarranted claimIn response to his second letter to the Revdex.com, the only racist comments made were by *** *** himselfI sent proof of this with a copy of his text to me in the first response to the Revdex.comBesides calling me a white trash, redneck piece of ***, He called ***, his Foremen or employee, a stupid MexicanHe went as far as to ask me if *** looked like he could run a company and then went on to say how stupid he wasHis claim that he never said that he was only going to pay $is a lieThat is exactly what he told meWe worked on his truck for two days straight and his employees were well aware of our $per hour shop chargeAgain, we did notovercharge him for the amount of work doneIsent an itemized work order in the first response to the Revdex.comDealing with this man has not been a pleasurable experience for us eitherThe root of this problem is the lack of communication between the drivers who instructed us to do the multiple repairs and the owner*** *** has lied to the Revdex.com on almost every account of this transaction His multiple threats and degrading name calling brought me to the realization of what type a person he isWe, as a company stand behind our work and our reputationWhen valid problems come up, we try and work with our customers in order for both parties to be happy We will not negotiate with people that make threats and lieWe will respond with the appropriate litigation when needed

Revdex.com:This business charged me cab mounts the were not installed. The wiring was not done properly  on the trailer. His employee admited to me of quoting $400 this company has lied and used deceptive trade practices. Against me. He used a racist term to describe me and my business to my employee saying I just travel around ripping people off.  When I spoke to him on the phone he also said he knows what kind of people I am he's already checked into me and I  rip people off. He must have me confused with some one else or a different company. I have been in business since 2005. And I am a Revdex.com accredited business. I feel that I have been a target of mistaken identity and in a racist fueled scam  to defraud me. The cab mounts were not installed and I was charged for them that is theft. These people have quoted one price and then inflated the bill on purpose to device me. My lawyer has  advised me that this could be looked at as a criminal theft by deception case. His employee agreed to remove $300 from the bill saying there is room to work here but  when I spoke to the owner he told me he has checked into me and I'm a rip off he's not knocking nothing off he raised the bill. Basecly  I have had lights repaired there not operating totally correctly. The trailer brakes the supposedly fixed locked up after 200 miles eating $600 worth of tires off of that axle. This was a scam a bait and switch scam  and my complaint is not resolved and Will not be until he is not making any efforts to resolve my complaint because he does not care. And the business the run is a film flam bait and switch operation  my complaint is not resolved
