The first time we used North Star it is was an easy, stress free experience. We had to remove a tree that had fallen due to a storm. We called in 6 companies and they were one of three that were willing to complete the job. The tree fell through a power line and when excel repaired the line they left the live wire right above the fallen tree, making it extremely difficult to remove. To make matters more complicated, the tree had to be lifted over a two story home, as space was not available for equipment to work in the small area. They took the initiative to talk to the neighbor and explain the situation and how the process will work. North Star managed the job site with amazing ability, was incredible safe and placed boards on the neighbor’s lawn to protect their yard during this massive project. We highly recommend North Star and have used them multiple times since the initial project and each time we have experienced a professional, safe and knowledgeable service.
