Kyle,This matter could have been resolved much better if you had not said to me on your way out the door the first time, with anger in your voice, "I will take Care Property Management down". That was a very threatening comment. I don't know you personally, but what should I have
felt after hearing you say this? When you came charging back in the office there was no way I was going to step foot outside my office door. What should have I expected your intentions were? You left me no choice given your anger, but to call the police. I am not even comfortable responding to this message. However under obligation, I felt I was forced to respond although I did not want to encounter any further threats from you. All the good customer service in the world can not stand up to a person whose actions threatenirrational behavior. Your wife called the office today. I have spoken to her. I explained the process to her as I did you and she has indicated she will adhere to the steps that need to be taken next

respond to your email. The following is a recap of that email message back to you. This reply was sent on the 5th, I have not received an response from you regarding this message. There was a HOA meeting on Monday evening, December 4th. The wood replacement and painting issues were discuss with the homeowner that were present. There is a meeting set up with the contractor on Monday, December 11th. I have been out to view your property. There is work that needs to be finished and this will be discussed with the Board. Unfortunately, I don't make the decisions for the community as I take my direction from the board. However, I do have a responsibility to direct the board to the concerns of the homeowners and to coordinate with the contractor on behalf of the board. This matter is in the process of being resolved. After Monday's meeting, I will be glad to followup with you in another email. Please confirm you received my reply. The product that was use is referred to as LP. As you know there was another contractor on the property providing a proposal. They made the x's on wood that did not need to be replaced. They should not have marked up the building until there was a commitment by the board to award them the job. All the work is going to be inspected. Any corrections needed will be completed. Payment to the contractor has been held and nothing will be released until the board approves. Unfortunately, it is going to take some time to resolve since winter is upon us and any painting will need to be completed in the spring. summary of expense and the receipts that we had at the time were provided to you. At the time any tenant vacates, the finalization can not be determined without the estimation of any deductions. An estimation was provided to you and those amounts of which we had exact amounts were provided to you. The remainder of the work has since been completed and I can provide you the final invoice.Although, the final invoice amounts are higher than the estimated from which the deductions were determined. This will be sent to you. The determination for the items of repair were of reasonable deductions. I can not offer to you any addition funds. As indicated, you may contact the owner directly for further discussion.
