Good Afternoon, I appreciate the response that you have generated, however, I do not find it accurate or acceptable towards resolutionIf you would like to go into detail about conversations and the words exchange, I will gladly provide full detail from my perspective and understanding - this will differ from your response as you response is not accurate. In order to avoid the our differing perspectives, I would like to focus on the agreed upon facts to begin our conversation and then if resolution is not completed, we can go into detail.I am the sole owner of the property at ** *** *** in North SmithfieldNo employee of North Smithfield Tree Service has spoken to me about driving on my property to take down my neighbors treeOn the day the tree was removed, our walkway was cracked and two large indented tracks, roughly the size of a wide tire, were left in my yard and my neighborsThe indents, dead grass, and cracked walkway were formally noted through an insurance claim as damage to the property. If you disagree with the detail above, please let me know and we can go into further detail, conversations with my wife, conversations with the insurance adjuster, and my detail from the day that the tree was removedIf you agree with the above, then as noted, you did not receive my permission to travel on my property and you did formally damage my property - I am awaiting resolution for these damages. Thank you,***

I am responding to the complaint filed by *** ***I was hired to do a job at his neighbor's houseThe only way to get on the neighbor's property was to go across about feet of Mr***'s yard I have been in business for many, many years, and one thing I have learned is never go
in anyone's yard without asking firstAnd when you do, always have a witness. Before we started I rang the doorbell with one of my workers and spoke to Mrs***I explained to Mrs*** exactly what I would be doing and how I would do itI explained that I would put 4xmats down on her grass and walkway, to protect it from my machinesShe said, her dad owns a concrete business and he was going to be replacing the walkway, and no need to be too fussy The walkway was in tough shape, but I told her we would still put the mats down.I put the mats down when we started the job and then put them down again when we were done with the jobShe called me and said “You cracked my walkway” I told her that I would be happy to come and repair the hairline crack that she was talking aboutShe said “No, we will take care of it”.They submitted it to their insurance company and I believe they received money for the claimReading the complaint, their insurance company then dropped them, because they filed claims, within years I have been doing this work for years, since I was a teenagerI have learned to succeed in business you always have to have good communication with peopleI have learned to cross my T’s and dot my i’s I always take precautions and if something happens, I always make it right Here, I had her permission and I took the necessary precautionsThe walkway was already in really bad shape and I offered to fix the hairline crack that I had made.Thank you,*** ***Owner
