Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted] Future Care responded to my e-mail and has informed me that September payment has been forwarded to the new facility I checked with the new facility and they confirmed that they did receive the funds for last month As far as the other funds from Social Security, the Future care has closed my mother's account with them and have rejected any more payments I also spoke to the Social Security office who informed me that they were aware of the changes made from the one facility to the other and that the old facility should return any funds back to them I think the main problem was the lack of communication between the two facilities and the lack of communication with me If things had been made clear to me along with the funds being handled and mailed in a timely manner this step could have been avoided
