North Shore Window Treatments

I purchased several window treatments (blinds, shades) from North Shore Window Treatments on January , 2016. The purchase order states that there is a five year, unconditional guarantee for parts and labor on the shades and blinds. A cord on one of the shadows broke and I called them today, Mar. *** 2020 to ask that it be repaired as per the guarantee. I was told there would be a $75 service charge. I read the original warranty which I kept but the woman who answered the phone refused to honor it. I think the warranty is meaningless if there is to be a hidden charge attached to using it.
