I am rejecting this response because: I do not wish to make contact with [redacted] to be harassed My husband has already tried to settle this matter with [redacted] prior to the complaint being filed and he refused to return $ [redacted] refused to give my father a receiptHe quoted him $for work, then he stated more work had to be done totaling $My father paid him $He then decided not to continue with the work [redacted] has been paid the $so $was over paid for work not doneIf [redacted] does not want to reimburse $we will go to court and also ask for reimbursement for work done to cover holes this company made and did not cover Our last request is reimbursement of $

Verbal threats were made by customer [redacted] at that moment we had to leave the job siteWe can come to a resolution to this matter only if daughter [redacted] will be present to resolve

Like I stated on the first comment if you want to resolve this matter have [redacted] the daughter call [redacted] to resolve for refund. Thank you

My husband has already tried to settle this matter with [redacted] prior to the complaint being filed and he refused to return $1100. [redacted] refused to give my father a receipt. He quoted him $900 for work, then he stated more work had to be done totaling $3500. My father paid him $2000. He then decided not to continue with the work. [redacted] has been paid the $900 so $1100 was over paid for work not done. If [redacted] does not want to reimburse $1100 we will go to court and also ask for reimbursement for work done to cover holes this company made and did not cover.  Our last request is reimbursement of $1100.
