Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The entire reason we had to stop going to North Houston Horse Park was the owner, [redacted] , changed our riding time to outside of our available time I have given my available times over and over again so they know when we can be there and when we can not They offered group lessons over the private lessons that we paid for The group lessons are less expensive and therefore, we would not be getting what we paid for The owner, [redacted] , has been rude and disrespectful, even offering her attorney's phone number for a lawsuit, so we do not feel going back to that environment would be healthy or beneficial for my granddaughter Also, since we can not attend due to the change in scheduling my [redacted] , we are once again requesting a refund They may have a policy of no refunds due to the customer default but since this is the Horse Park's (the owner's) default, they should make an exception and refund my money Regards, [redacted]
