When the client asked for a return of her money, $200.00, we told her that the credit was put on her account with a certain credit card. Not knowing at this time if the credit card used belonged to the client or someone else had paid for her she was told we needed proof that the card ending in
the last four digits we gave to her was indeed her card. The client came back in with the card proving it was hers and a refund was put back on her card. All of this took less than a couple of hours. We do apologize for any inconvenience the client may have experienced but we did need to be sure we had the correct person with the credit card that was used to protect her and us.Hopefully this clarifies what transpired.*** ***North Haven Animal Hospital
