We rented a tent from this company for our weddingThere was never a disclosure of a deposit until the final payment, to begin withThe tent was delivered on 6/and the pick up was for 6/On Sunday evening, a storm blew up and I was contacted concerning the stormI told them, yes one was coming and that they could come and get the tentThey did not, and the storm blew it over and bent a poleThe tent company then said that my deposit was nonrefundable and that the reason was that there was food on the tentHowever, prior to the owner knowing his staff was negligent in collecting the tent when they had asked about the storm, they were saying that we would not be refunded the deposit because the tent fell on some tables The weather was not a problem controllable by us, and had they picked the tent up when they had asked, all would have been avoidedNow, we're expected to pay for their negligence Product_Or_Service: Tent rental Account_Number: XXXXX
