At this time, I have been contacted directly by Saudi Airlines regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
One of the representative we had spoken with regarding this issue several months ago contacted me after I submitted the complaint on Revdex.com....
This representative mentioned that Saudia Airlines has no records of our calls to them on May [redacted] to cancel the tickets as mentioned within the complaint. I reiterated to her that 2 calls were made and reminded her of the records we provided proving these calls were made. I offered to resend these phone records but she stated she does have them. She said the complaint on Revdex.com does nothing and does not bother Saudia airlines. I mentioned should I need to take legal action, I will. This money was taken illegitimately and they have done everything they can to avoid giving it back. I believe it is a policy with this airline to mislead people when they call to cancel flights by providing them with false hope that it is cancelled. The misinformation provided to us when we called to cancel on May [redacted] was so careless it might as well be deliberate.
