Have had a real difficult time trying to fit the elaborate plans Travel To Go designs into simple weekend excursions that elderly people like me and my wife could enjoyWhen we call we always receive a response that was like they weren't even listeningwe have also noted that their rates are generally higher compared to others AAA, AARP, and my military discounts Since the service is simply not there that fits my families lifestyle then there is no real value in membership and I really would like to at least receive a portion of my $ 7, back

Hi After selling our timeshare in we signed up to Travel to Go for vacation offers Since my husband had a heart attack and we don't travel anymore I asked to cancel usThey said we couldn't cancel that we would have to sell it to someone ourselves or give it to somebody and they would have have to pick up the yearly $feeThe yearly fee keeps adding upWe just want to cancel this company and live in peace Keep receiving bills in the mail Nobody wants to buy this from us and I'm afraid in years they will want $for back paymentWe are in our 70's and dont want any more stress I hope you can help us with this

In Sept2015, we purchased a VIP contract with Travel To Go We have not used their services yet because of lack of time for a vacation and the prices we saw on their web site were not cheaper There were never locations on their "Hot Weeks" lists ( their really discounted prices) that met our needs We recently received a call from them wanting to review our contract with all its benefits When the young woman called, she really wanted to switch us to a VIP+ program which they have instituted because they did not have enough available properties to meet the demand of increased membership For only $more we could have cheaper "weeks" at many more resorts If we didn't do it now, the additional fee would be $and the yearly fee would be $instead of $+ other increases We feel they are not meeting their promises to us They admitted they didn't have enough properties available and they weren't able to have low enough prices to compete with ***, etc and

I or my family have now purchased 4 Subaru vehicles from North End Subaru and any issues that have come up (never anything big, just once an accessory listed on sticker was not in car) have always been handled appropriately. Never gimmicky or misleading pricing, but always feel like I got a fair price and excellent financing.
