Well to start off with My husband purchased a wedding band from this company in the Arlington mall sometime in We got married in 2012, the ring was only on my finger for hours and my guess is it got caught on the strap of my bag and broke however i'm not for sure that is how it happend I just know that when I looked down at my ring it was brokenWe were on a cruise boat in the middle of the ocean so not much I could do about it being brokeWhen we got back into the states after a day honeymoon cruise my husband pulled out the receipt to make sure that he purchased the warranty which he didWe did not live close to the jewelry store at all we lived hours from it in fact, so I called the jewelry store and asked them if I could have a jeweler in my part of town fix my ringThey told me very abrasively "NO" when asked why not they informed me that it will void the warrantyI then asked if it was a defect with the ring that made it break, the guy then very rudely told me th
