Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I now see why Mindy behaves and conducts herself the way she has since November of 2015.? The posture of this facility is-they are correct no matter what the true facts are.? I will be sure to share this with friends and family and had no intention on ever using that facility again and made that decision months ago.First:? I DID NOT have flank liposuction.Second:? I was never told how long the surgery would take by anyone-they can guess but it is never exact.? News to me on how now they charge per time, not facility or procedure, they should make? up? their minds on the facts.? Third:? I DID NOT ask for abdominal liposuction on the day of surgery.? How would MrsP [redacted] even know this? Oh, because of Mindy's tall? tale ;).? I actually asked the surgeon the day before at my pre-op? about a small spot above my belly button-not my abdomen and not the day of surgery.? He said no big deal as he is already doing thigh lipo and no extra charge or time.? At this time, I did not know that the surgery facility and the surgeon where separate entities.? I assumed the surgeon owned the surgery facility.? Had he said no or additional charge, then I would have dealt with that at that time.Fourth: The surgeon had to work on my right breast twice and I never heard the end of it from Mindy.? She said, "Threw everybody's day off"? "The next surgeon was pissed"? This was not my fault that surgery took longer due to that and apparently Mindy overbooked the facility and needed to blame someone else.? Absolutely nothing to fabricate as I have all bills, notes, and recordings being threatened with attorney and/or collections.? My husband was also present twice when this bill was being discussed with Mindy.? After contacting Amy at the surgeons office, she apologized and said she wished she would have known earlier and she would take care of this by contacting the manager of the surgery facility, which I was never allowed to talk to for some reason.? If Amy was not successful in resolving this, she said she would involve the surgeon.? A full set of all medical records would backup everything I have stated, however at this point I cannot ensure that NEWSC would not alter them to their benefit.? Regards, [redacted]

This increased her services by $500 typically a $1000 procedure, but since she would already be in the OR a discount was given. Ms [redacted] total procedure time was 3-1/2 hour. Ms Mindy N[redacted] RN, Administrator advised Ms. [redacted] of the additional charge due to the additional procedure performed. This is where Ms [redacted] recollection is fabricated. She was advised in a professional manner of the extra charge for the abdominal liposuction. The attending physician is not upset with our handling of the charge, in fact, he supports the facility without question. Ms [redacted] was advised of the billing practices of North East Wyoming Surgery Center, and that payment is required monthly on all services, otherwise charges are sent to collections.
