the damage done to the Harlow’s wood floor in their home, which we acknowledge was caused by our delivery team while making a delivery to their home.   We have investigated this damaged claim and sent a qualified and independent company wood floor repair company to the Harlow’s home to estimate the cost of repairing the wood floor. We sent a copy of the estimate and a check in the amount of the estimate to the Harlows. We consider this matter closed.   If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.   [redacted]
