Ordered a piece from them the first week of Octoberjust found a guy that would replaced my pcmI gave the company the make/model year and vin for my vaneverything needed to send me the correct partThe guy goes to install the pcm amd it is the wrong part for the vanI was confident that the comany would not get the piece wrong sonce I gave them the right informationNow it's weeks since I ordered the piece and can not return or place it because they only have a day return policyI believe it was carelessly sent the wrong partWish I could have found someone that would have worked with customer ordered parts sooner..still was the wrong part with the right information giving

Ordered a piece from them the first week of October. just found a guy that would replaced my pcm. I gave the company the make/model year and vin for my van. everything needed to send me the correct part. The guy goes to install the pcm amd it is the wrong part for the van. I was confident that the comany would not get the piece wrong sonce I gave them the right information. Now it's 3 weeks since I ordered the piece and can not return or place it because they only have a 14 day return policy. I believe it was carelessly sent the wrong part. Wish I could have found someone that would have worked with customer ordered parts sooner..still was the wrong part with the right information giving
