I was sent to collections for a $ [redacted] balance from [redacted] years ago In that [redacted] years, there was no communication from them re: this "balance." My daughter attended this center as an infant, ending in [redacted] when we left to go to another provider In a letter dated [redacted] we received a notice from [redacted] collections agency stating we owe $ [redacted] to North Creek CDC We never received any communication from North Creek whatsoever regarding this balance in the last [redacted] years, even at the time when we departed and made our last payment I reached out to the director on [redacted] , who told me she was asked to send all past due accounts to collections by her boss I researched and found her boss's email, and sent a request for her to review the account and get back to me [redacted] she responded stating she will look into it As of [redacted] , despite emailing her twice more, no response I have started getting the phone calls from the collections agency wanting payment, so in
