5 star, indeed! They are thorough, honest, good people, with a great product. We have used them three times because we lived in xxxxx, moved to MD, moved back to xxxxx, moved to FL, and moved back to xxxxx. They packed up our system for us to move to MD, but we had to leave our system with our houses in the other states, hence buying 3 times in xxxxx. They follow up with a phone call to see if all is well and they sent a personalized card and thank you token in the US mail. Very few businesses take the time to do that anymore. Once, we had a technical issue, and they responded immediately, resolving the issue beyond expectation. We just built a house and my builder was impressed with them. They are licensed plumbing people, which is very key in getting a system.
