North Carolina Auto Exchange

Me, my wife, and 6 week old son drive from *** nc to *** to buy a motorcycle from nc auto exchange llc the seller told me the bike was in excellent condition, clean title no mechanical problems at all on the test ride the bike died while idling. I still bought it thinking it was a minor problem. One of the salesman moved the bike while I was doing paper work and he did t turn it off. I had to have him jump it to start again. We went 10 minutes up the road and it died again. A gas station attendant jumped it again. After taking it of the cables it died and he finally got it to stay running. We went on another 5 minutes to ***, and when I came out to ride back to *** it would not start. I have two motorcycle mechanics come out and they couldn't get it to start at all even on cables. They told me it needed about $3500 worth of electrical repairs. I called nc auto exchange the next day and told him about it and he said it's my fault and that he isn't going to do anything about it.
