North Buckeye Animal Hospital, PLC & Grooming

While I do not dispute the care that my pet received, I must file a complaint that the North Buckeye Animal Hospital did overcharge me by $105. The paperwork that I signed indicated that the last payment I was to make was $31.79 on the date of 8-20-2016. They did make that charge as I expected. What I did not expect was an extra payment of $105 (which had been the normal monthly payment) on the same date. They told me it was an error on the form (made by the staff), but that the extra $105 reflected the true total. All I know is that I am out $105 dollars and I can only surmise that they are thieves.

I am always so pleased to take our pit bull Daisy to the North Buckeye Animal Hospital. The ATTENTION..CARE..AND LOVE is given by ALL that work there. You are made to feel welcome from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Our vet, Dr. Medlin, gets on the floor with Daisy to make her feel comfortable and calm. She is very gentle and loving with Daisy. She listens to me and understands my needs and concerns for my pet. There are many other places I could take Daisy but I keep coming back to the place that feels like HOME for my animal. The North Buckeye Animal Hospital goes above and beyond what is expected and that is why I have been going there for many years.
