contact my insurance company and I did that. I don't know what else she wants. I'm assuming she called an ambulance & when the ambulance showed up she refused to go with them because her son was with her and she was waiting for another son to show up. The ambulance driver said he would have taken her son with her but she refused. She left in her own car. She has been back to the business and another attendant was on duty at that time.
