This case is a breach of contract. This title company was picked by the sellers. It stated specifically that the sellers were to pay the HOA fees and provide a home warranty up to $750. We signed paperwork with title on Oct. 16, 2015. On Oct. 19th, 2015 we were contacted by our agent that we were to pay the HOA fees in the amount of $225. If we didn't pay the sellers agent stated she had 4 other agents waiting for the deal to fall through. On Oct. 21, 2015 I contacted our agent as we never received paperwork on the homeowners warranty. The title company never put in the closing documents. We have yet to see our home warranty or our $225 as stated in the contract.Desired SettlementWe'd like our $225 back for the HOA fees we had to pay as well as our home warranty.Final Consumer Response
