The company's customer service is on par with the quality of their work....horrible!! My child's school used them for a club activity and the pictures were terrible! The lighting was awful, color saturation of the images were off and the poses were laughableMy son looks like his neck was brokeEvery parent was complaining about the qualityThe cost was more than we have ever paid in the pastLet's talk production...it took nearly months to receive the pictures and we did not receive the composite picture for which we had to pay substantially moreWhen we did receive it months later the school dates were wrongIt is now months after they took the pictures and we are being told they will hopefully have them done by summer!!? Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

My experience with your company was less than satisfying. When my daughter and I went in to order the pictures we waited for over an hour to not be seen individually but with another family. The sales women then proceeded to announce my phone number and my address and did the same with the family next to me. The pictures were low quality with very high price. The sales women was very rude and aggressive and the man who took my daughters picture was very unprofessional and was using curse words while taking the pictures. They had a chair the same color as her pants and distorted her body. The pictures were actually comical. Very unhappy. -[redacted]
