repairs at this time even though the failure had absolutely nothing to do with our unit or workmanship. I cannot comment on other units as we will need serial #'s or other details so we can back trace the notes we have. I have also been told that the truck is a gas powered welding truck. Any chance the truck is over weighted ? You need to keep in mind that a perfect transmission can be damaged or lose life due to an improper install. (Especially with electronic units) This unit was purchased in 2011. Warranty was 3 year 60,000km when you purchased the transmission. Your warranty is long expired but even with this in mind we have offered to go through this transmission and only charge you the cost to repair it. This would be much cheaper than purchasing another unit. You would pay the labour for the re & re as well.

I have lost 24 days due to downtime at $1200 per day wages I feel that they should cover this transmission again I haven't gotten any more than two years of continuous use I just put the six transmission in this truck and it cost me $2500 this time I was told that my last transmission was military heavy duty and you will not break this transmission The last transmission that one in my truck in 2013 October was not right [redacted] as a promotion had to change One solenoid because it wasn't shifting properly The last transmission wasn't right didn't shift right now I had no driving no reverse and it blew up my transmission guy at [redacted] informed me that this transmission was just a regular one nothing heavy duty whatsoever so I feel that they lied to me I paid extra to get it A heavy duty one at [redacted] who did the first and second and third install I feel if I go in front of a judge and he sees how many transmissions when in my truck they will See my side I almost have all the paperwork filled out and I will be going to court unless they send me $2500 to settle this or it will go to court
