WE are having [redacted] Paints rep to come out and look at Deck we will be in touch with home owner and the Revdex.com. Thank you [redacted].
Review: This company did a roofing job at my home. Two issues that were brought to the attention of the manager: [redacted] who while personally acknowledging the issues or having his customer service person acknowledge them has been non responsive in getting them corrected in what should have been a reasonable amount of time. The issues are: 1. Roofing supply debris was left on my roof where I shouldn't have to as a customer climb up there to remove them and 2. One of my full grown Azalea shrubs were damaged during the roof rip-off, which [redacted] saw and acknowledged needed replacement. The bottom line is that a reputable company that supposedly prides itself in customer satisfaction should not be lax in addressing problems they caused where the customer has to continually follow up.Desired Settlement: Roof debris removed ASAP - new shrub provided ASAP as more than enough time has elapsed to have done this.

Response:
In response to the above complaint, the debris from his roof had been taken off on October 9th. The day we received an email from him. Our technician walked the roof and found one small tube of caulk that was left by mistake and was taken off the roof at that time.We are at the height of our workload right now and the customer had been told that we would replace his plant, but hoped he would give us some time to get it to him. Two azalea plants were dropped off at his home last evening where only one was damaged.Hopefully this satisfies the complaint. Please note that his complaint had nothing to do with the quality of our work.

Response:
I agree this complaint has been rectified to my satisfaction. The learning point for this business is to keep their customer informed where they stand with remedial action to issues they caused, which may have avoided the need for this complaint. However, keep in mind that it wasn't until I made the complaint to Revdex.com that they fully rectified their issue. Thank you Revdex.com, which facilitated the remedial action to be done in a more timely manner. You have permission to publish my response (if applicable).
