[redacted] had an event with us on April [redacted]. When the bill was presented to her she refused to pay stating she had seen a rat in the restaurant. The manager tried to speak with her to get further information but was told by [redacted]'s Assistant that she did not want to discuss it at that time. We...

took [redacted]'s credit card information and were provided a copy of her photo id verifying that she was the signer of this card. The next day [redacted] came to the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty. She tried to extort the manager by stating she had video of a rat in the restaurant and that she would post the video on you tube unless we allowed her to not pay for the event. We provided a service to [redacted] and her guests which they consumed and are responsible to pay for. We have pictures of [redacted] and her guests drinking and having a great time in our photo booth. She was suppose to pay extra for the photo booth as well as the DJ but to date has not. We also have video from this evening showing her and her guests eating, drinking and enjoying their event. The only time [redacted] had a complaint was when it was time to pay for those services.
