[redacted] at ***s Automotive was very uncooperative and is refusing to comply with the agreement we verbally had with eachother I've paid [redacted] $and my vehicle still does not runHow do I know if any work was even done to my vehicle? [redacted] is refusing to refund my funds and I think this is totally unacceptable [redacted] shop had my vehicle for over weeks and no outcomeHe and his mother co owner is very rude and made racist remarks too me when I came to retrieve my vehicle [redacted] has over vehicles on his parking lotI feel if he knew is work load was too much for him all he had to do was communicateI am reopening my case and want all my funds returned to me

The customer brought in her car November 17, and we check it and notified her it needed another motorWe require half down before work starts and nearly months passed before the customer let us know she wanted the work doneMarch 2nd she brought in $but we needed half down and a week later she brought in halfWe replaced the motor and got the car back to the customer a week laterA week after that she said there was a problem and we asked her to return the car for so we can take a look at itShe never returned and we have called and left messages but have not received a responseWe have a no refund policy that is stated in the shopPlease note the warranty on the motor expires at the end of the month, after that we will not be able to replace it

It was towed here once, not three timesIt does have a day warrantyIt was towed to Bob’s for a second opinion and for a diagnosticThey did no work on the vehicleWe didn’t have a chance to make it right before he called the Revdex.comI have known him for years and I will never work on his vehicle againHe will get a full refund once I get paid from the place I bought the transmission and when he clears it with the Revdex.com
