My security deposit for a vacation rental was not returned in 4 weeks (as per the signed lease agreement).I rented a house in [redacted] from [redacted] and had a terrible experience with her. She was extremely unreliable, never returned phone calls or emails, and difficult to get a hold of. I had to call repeatedly to get her to send a lease after we had paid the deposit. Then she double booked the house during our rental period and we had to stay at a different house. Now it has been over a month since the rental and she is not returning my security deposit or providing a reason for this being withheld (which the lease states she must).Desired SettlementI'm seeking my [redacted] security deposit from this vacation rental

Refund not delivered as promised2/20/2013 I had arranged and made a deposit using a credit card check to reserve a vacation rental property in Killington, VT. No paypal or credit card could be accepted according to [redacted], [redacted]. When the rental date neared in September 19th, I had asked for a contract and how to make the remainder of payment. [redacted] consistently forgot to follow through with anything discussed. The last time I talked to her I regretted to inform her that we would not rent the property. She said she would make arrangements to refund my money. This was the last time I had heard from her. She never answered or returned any of my emails/phone calls/voicemails. So now I am out 500 dollars. BE AWARE VERY AWARE. Come to find out she has been subpoenaed in the past for not fulfilling contracts. Desired Settlement500 dollars. I want my deposit refunded for not fulfilling promises
